1% of Vote, Declared Winner?

With not even 1% of the precincts in Nevada reporting, how the hell is the main stream media calling Mitt Romney the winner. Does anyone else take issue with this, especially with another primary being conducted across the country?

Ah the magic of exit polling. They ask people after they walk out. Mitt was so far ahead they tagged him the winner right away. I see your point about the calling the winner while the polls are still open in other states.
